Cardenal Tavera D.O. | Ecological | Arbequina | Classic | La Almazara de Domenikos
D.O. MONTES DE TOLEDO
The Cardenal Tavera line of products features extra virgin olive oils of extraordinary quality. This variety, D.O. Montes de Toledo is extracted from the early harvest of the Cornicabra olive. Its Premium quality makes it a sturdy, tasty, full bodied extra virgin olive oil.
The Cornicabra olive gives the oil its specific taste of green apple and raw almond. This olive variety is exclusive of Montes de Toledo, located in Castilla La Mancha (centre of Spain), from where the oil receives its Designation of Origin (D.O. Montes de Toledo).
The subtle and unique flavour of the Cornicabra olive combines with hints of a slightly bitter touch reminiscent of the taste of raw almonds. The perfect extra virgin olive oil to use in warm dishes.

ECOLOGICAL
Molinos de Aceite de Toledo offers a quality olive oil to those who look for more naturally made products. This ecological extra virgin olive oil, produced without the use of chemicals, is for them.
We introduce an oil extracted from Arbequina and Picual olives with a full bodied and at the same time smooth flavour. Its green aromas combine with scents of tomato and almond.
It is indicated for any use, since this olive oil, as dressing, enhances the quality of any product.
Quantities: 500 ml, 2 litres, 5 litres.

ARBEQUINA
An olive oil with a subtle flavour extracted from the Arbequina olive by our farmers at the banks of the Tajo river. The olives are harvested young as to obtain the flavour of green, unripe fruit reminiscent of the smell of freshly cut grass.
The Arbequina oil has a velvety, soft flavour, letting us taste combined flavours of the fruitiness of the banana and freshness of green hay.
This delicate oil is suitable for child nutrition and recommendable in cold dishes with the purpose of increasing their taste.

CARDENAL TAVERA CLASSIC
Exquisite extra virgin olive oil extracted exclusively from air-collected Cornicabra, Picual and Arbequina olives. This technique harvests olives when they are still on the tree. As a result, the extracted olive oil is highly appreciated for its quality.
It has aromas of green apple from the Cornicabra variety, hints of green tomato from the Picual olives and touches of green grass after the Arbequina.
Full-bodied, complex and at the same time, gentle in taste.

A light and diverse oil which can be used in raw as well as cooked food.
